一季度北京财务收入1689.7亿元
In the first quarter of this year, Beijings general public budget revenue reached 168.97 billion yuan (26.5 billion US dollars), up 6.6% year on year. It completed 27.4% of the annual budget. The local tax revenue reached 141.47 billion yuan (22.2 billion US dollars), up 10.4%.
一季度北京市一般公共预算收入完成1689.7亿元，同比增长6.6%，完成年度预算的27.4%。其中，全市地方级税收收入完成1414.7亿元，增长10.4%。

Beijing will aspire to become a world leader in hydrogen energy. The city will establish a hydrogen industry demonstration zone for key technology R&D and innovation in the northern region, as well as a demonstration zone for manufacturing and application of high-end hydrogen energy equipment in the southern region. Relying on Daxing International Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Zone, Changping “Energy Valley” and Zhongguancun (Fangshan) Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park, Beijing has initially formed an industrial layout for cluster development in hydrogen energy.
北京将建成“区域协同、辐射发展、国际领先、世界一流”的国际氢能都会，即在北部区域打造氢能财产关键技术研发和科技创新示范区，在南部区域打造氢能高端装备制造与应用示范区。北京市依托大兴国际氢能示范区、昌平“能源谷”和房山中关村氢能财产园，已开端形成集聚发展的财产结构。
2022全球数字经济创新大赛在京启动
The 2022 Global Digital Economy Innovation Competition kicked off in Beijing recently. The competition structure is "1 + 5 + N", that is, one final and five sub contests, as well as supporting exhibitions, industrial matches and cloud competitions. The competition will be held online and offline and is open for over 30 countries including Germany and the UK as well as first-class innovative cities in China. The selection criteria for projects will focus on the hot topics, key points and challenges in the development of the global digital economy. The competition will also focus on key industries in the field such as the new generation information technology, digital health and digital low carbon.
近日，2022全球数字经济创新大赛在北京启动。作为2022全球数字经济大会的重要组成部门，本次大赛通过举办1场大赛总决赛、5场分站赛，以及配套展览展示、财产对接、云上大赛等形式，打造“1+5+N”整体赛事架构。本次大赛面向全球凌驾30个国家及地区进行公开招募项目，包罗德国、英国等全球前沿创新国家。大赛招募项目的遴选尺度将以全球数字经济发展的热点、重点、难点为核心，聚焦新一代信息技术、数字医疗、数字低碳等全球数字经济重点发展财产。
享受北京市政府技师特殊津贴人员评选启动
A selection of technicians who can enjoy special allowance from the Beijing municipal government was launched recently. The selection is held every two years. Less than 100 people will be chosen to participate in the selection and each winner will be given an allowance of 30,000 yuan (4710 US dollars). Technicians and senior technicians with outstanding performance in production and service front-line positions in various enterprises and institutions in Beijing are the target crowd. The activity encourages technicians in the citys strategic emerging industries, high-tech industries, modern service industries, cultural and creative industries, and traditional advantageous industries, as well as time-honored craftsmen and inheritors of intangible cultural heritage to actively apply.
北京市近日启动2022年“享受北京市政府技师特殊津贴人员”评选工作。此项评选每两年在全市范围内开展一次，每次评选人员不凌驾100名，获评人员每人发给一次性技师津贴3万元。本次评选面向北京地区各类企事业单元中生产、服务一线岗位上业绩突出的技师、高级技师，鼓励本市战略性新兴财产、高新技术财产、现代服务业、文化创意财产、传统优势财产，以及老字号工匠和非物质文化遗产传承人积极申报。
北京市拟划定5处地下水禁采区
Beijing will designate 9 ground water protection areas. According to a related notice, each district is required to speed up the formulation of water source replacement plan and gradually complete the replacement of wells in ground water protection areas by the end of 2025. In areas where groundwater is forbidden to be exploited, all wells shall be sealed up, except for some wells to be reserved for emergency backup to ensure important projects and peoples livelihood or for monitoring purposes.
北京市拟划定5处地下水禁止开采区，划定4处地下水限制开采区。《关于划定北京市地下水禁止开采区、限制开采区范围的通知（征求意见稿）》要求，各区要加快制定水源置换计划，2025年底前逐步完成禁止开采区内的取水井置换。原则上，地下水禁止开采区内，除保存部门取水井作为保障重要工程和民生宁静应急备用和用于监测外，其余一律予以封填。
“会馆有戏”京彩西城春季演出季启幕
A performance activity was launched at Mei LanFang Memorial Museum in Xicheng District in Beijing recently. To promote the construction of the national culture center, the city encourages art troupes to perform at the former site of the guild hall. So during the event, Xicheng District will present a series of performances in historic cultural sites such as Mei LanFang Memorial Museum and Baoguo Temple.

运河商务区注册企业近16000家 注册资本金超3971亿元
The demonstration zone in Beijing’s sub-center, The Canal Business District, is now home to 16,000 enterprises with a registered capital of over 397.1 billion yuan (62.3 billion US dollars). By the end of the 14th Five Year Plan period, the district is expected to host over 150 wealth management institutions, 5 green financial institutions and over 110 fin-tech enterprises.
作为都会副中心建设的先行区、示范区，运河商务区已成为高精尖企业的投资热土，截至目前共有注册企业近16000家，注册资本金超3971亿元。到“十四五”末期，运河商务区预计将集聚财产管理机构超150家、绿色金融机构超5家、金融科技企业超110家。
北京都会副中心200多个重大项目全部复工
Over 200 major projects in Beijing’s sub-center now have resumed work. The project of Beijing Anzhen Hospital Tongzhou Branch is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023 and put into use in 2024. The “three major buildings”- the theater, library and museum have unveiled their facades, and their construction will end by the end of this year.
目前，北京都会副中心200多个重大项目全部复工。北京安贞医院通州院区建设项目工程计划于2023年底完工，2024年投入使用。别的，北京都会副中心剧院、图书馆和大运河博物馆三大建筑项目已实现外立面亮相，计划2022年底基本完工并交付布展。
127项建设任务！给怀柔“两区”建设提提速
This year, Beijing’s Huairou district will implement 127 tasks to support the construction of the “Two Zones”. The tasks include 16 policies, 95 projects and 16 space renovations. 95 projects cover the construction of 29 major scientific installations and cross-research platforms, sci-tech services, film and television industry, conferences and exhibitions, as well as infrastructure construction.
年内，怀柔区将实施127项建设任务，助力“两区”建设加速推进。其中包罗政策任务类16项、项目任务类95项、空间资源类16项。95个项目类任务，包罗29个大科学装置和交叉研究平台建设以及科技服务、影视财产、会议会展、基础设施建设等。
